Atlas offers a one-year contract, although we prefer instructors to think in terms of an initial two-year commitment. It is an expensive endeavour to move to a new country and instructors who remain with us for at least two years do much better financially.

Many of our new employees are not career instructors; while others do have teaching experience. Either way, this is a new culture, new approach and new situation!

We offer extensive training and support for our new instructors, while at the same time giving you the freedom to create your own niche. We have substantial resources in each office, although any new material a teacher brings from home (books, games, posters) are always appreciated by your new co-workers and students.
